  1. Marla,
I would like to sincerely thank you for all of your great blog posts you have made throughout this course. I have enjoyed reading them and you have also shared some valuable resources!
I also appreciate the comments you have left on my posts!
I hope to come in contact with you in future courses!
    Happy Holidays!

  2. I agree with John F Kennedy's quote and also believe that our children are the future and we need to start paying more attention to their well being and their education. I am currently working with my children's school district to get more money for our schools. There is so much money being put towards other things and such a little amount is being used to educate our children. It was nice working with you this semester. Good luck with your future classes :)

  3. Hi Marla,
These are really excellent quotes! May I add them to my blog? It has been great reading your blog this semester. You have deep insight to many issues surrounding child development and are generous with sharing your personal experiences! Thank you! I hope our paths cross again at Walden. Enjoy your time off with your family!

  4. Marla,

These quotes are incredibly inspiring for anyone, but especially for those of us who want to work with children. The Frederick Douglas quote speaks to me as a future educator, because so much responsibility lies on our shoulders to help build the strong children who will grow into strong men and women.

    Thank you!
